Ordering From Us...
Thank you for
visiting HI-TX Custom Flags for
all your custom & specialty flag needs.
Most of our
products, such as flags, pennants and banners can be ordered online with a credit card through PayPal.
PayPal works has two different ways to pay: First is by opening an account with
them and they keep your billing and shipping information on record. They
guarantee that the product you purchase is shipped. Second is that they work as
a merchant just like anyone else. You enter all your information just like any
other online merchant and they send us your order and shipping information. They
do not keep any information, nor do they ever give us your credit card
information, regardless which way you order. If you prefer, you can always order by telephone. Our sales staff is always
ready to answer any of your questions and place your orders. Our office is open
Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm Central Standard Time.

Flag & Pennant orders ship out in 1-3 business days |
| Custom
printed flags have a 3-7 business day production |

printed Pennant Strings have a 5-10 business day production |
| Rush
orders are usually available with a rush charge |
| Flag
colors from any color chart may vary depending on monitor
settings. |
| There
is a 20% restocking fee on all returned stock orders, plus
shipping costs. |
